For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, such as CareCredit, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
Why an estimate? We do not truly know what your needs are until Dr. Carrara or Ries perform a full clinical evaluation.
Yes, you were told you need a root canal. Root canals vary in difficulty and priced accordingly. We may require:
3 dimensional imaging
Medicated fillings for healing
In addition, CARE Endodontics are referred cases with higher levels of difficulty.
These complications may be:
retrieval of separated instruments;
removal of retention posts;
repair of anatomical defects or perforatations
treatment of calcified canals
treatment of resorption
We do our best to communicate the details of your treatment and/or if you require a 2nd opinion or no treatment, it is ultimately your decision to accept the treatment plan or not. Certain endodontic procedures may require 2/3 appointments. At CEC, we do not charge per visit; only per treatment.
We request a credit card to be kept on file for balances less than $50.00. CEC values your privacy, and if you are not comfortable with this, we will charge a $ 50.00 service fee- to be refunded when full payment is received. If you do not provide insurance information or we can not verify insurance coverage, you will be responsible for full fee without provider discounts. We will provide you with an insurance claim and you can work directly with your Insurance Carrier.
